At Hermanlamps, we want you to be completely satisfied with your lighting purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original packaging and condition. If your new lamp doesn't perfectly illuminate your space, our dedicated support team is here to assist with a seamless return or exchange process.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer support team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repack your lamp in its original box with all protective foam, hardware, and manuals included to ensure it arrives back to us safely.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label or use your preferred carrier to send the package to our returns processing center, keeping a copy of your tracking number.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
